Items in their original condition with tags attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please visit our returns portal to generate a prepaid shipping label.

Are duties and taxes included in my order?
For orders shipped to the UK, EU, and USA, duties and taxes are included in the final price. For other regions, customers are responsible for local customs fees upon delivery.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders immediately. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. You may return the items once they arrive.
