The Frankie Shop offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all eligible items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that certain items, including sale merchandise marked as final sale, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original designer tags and packaging are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier at an authorized drop-off location and retain your receipt to track the progress of your refund.
